The Women’s Leadership Institute Australia (WLIA) is proud to support a PhD scholarship with the Swinburne Leadership Institute (SLI) to conduct research in order to further our understanding of the frameworks and practices that can support more women into political leadership roles in Australia. The aim of the research is to develop a positive case for gender diversity in political leadership.
