Sylvia Preda is an Executive Director at Commonwealth Bank in their Industrials & Logistics Client Coverage Group, responsible for clients in the logistics and transport sectors.

Sylvia has over 15 years of investment banking experience assisting companies with advice on capital structure, acquisition financing, bond market execution and risk management across a wide variety of sectors including industrials, real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources. Sylvia was formerly Head of Debt Capital Markets at Barclays in Australia and prior to that, worked in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking team.

She is a graduate of Sydney University, Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Hons) and Bachelor of Laws (First Class Hons).
