Susan Heron is the current Managing Director of ADP Australia & New Zealand, the local subsidiary of the ADP group, one of the world's largest providers of business outsourcing, with over $10 billion in revenues and more than 600,000 clients. From 2004 to October 2012 she was the CEO of the Australian Institute of Management VT and Idria Pty Ltd, bringing to the role a diverse range of skill sets and experiences linked to her past achievements as a senior banking executive, shipbroker and radiographer.

Prior to joining AIM, Susan held various senior corporate management positions including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Corporate Strategy, ANZ Institutional Banking; Executive Director and Head of Banking (Melbourne), Rothschild Australia; and Chief Manager at Westpac responsible for one of Institutional Bank Victoria’s largest teams as well as responsibility for Institutional Bank Perth.

Susan's executive experience is complimented by a wide range of Board appointments during her career including NM Rothschild& Sons (Australia); Museum Victoria; Malthouse Theatre; Country Fire Authority; Southern Health Care Network; and Water EcoScience Limited.
