Penny Ransom was Fund Manager of the $6.7 billion DEXUS Wholesale Property Fund. Since taking leadership of the Fund in 2014, the Fund has transacted on nearly $900 million of office, retail and industrial acquisitions and divestments, and is delivering a $1.1 billion development pipeline. Over the last two years, the Fund has successfully raised $1.2 billion of new equity, and comprises over 50 domestic and international institutional investors.

Penny joined DEXUS in 2011 as the Head of Capital, and was responsible for the creation of DEXUS’ three large capital partnerships. Prior to this, Penny was Head of Equity in the UK, for Lend Lease’s Investment Management business, and held various roles within Lend Lease’s Australian Investment Management business.

Penny has over 22 years of real estate experience, and commenced her career as a valuer with Colliers International. Penny is a Fellow of FINSIA, an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Penny also sits on the NSW Board of Advisors for the Property Industry Foundation.
