Ming Long is Chair of AMP Capital Funds Management Limited, Deputy Chair of Diversity Council of Australia and Non-executive Director of QBE Insurance (Auspac), Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA). She is also a Fintech Hub Advisory Board Member at YBF Ventures.
Ming has held senior executive and leadership positions including CEO and CFO roles in listed and unlisted entities in real estate with a track record of taking on particularly challenging roles, including successfully leading her company through the global financial crisis. She is also the first Asian woman to lead an ASX-100 or 200 listed entity in Australia.
Ming led the establishment of the Property Male Champions of Change and is a convenor of the 2017 National group, was named as one of the 100 Women of Influence and was a finalist in the Telstra Business Womens Awards. She is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, a Fellow of Finsia, a Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of Chief Executive Women.
Ming was previously a Executive Director on the Responsible Entity Boards of Investa Office Fund and Investa Commercial Property Fund, and the Board of Investa Property Group Holdings for many years. She was a Non-executive Director of Property Council of Australia and President its International Capital Markets Division Council. She was also previously a member of the Finance & Audit Committee of the University of Sydney.
Ming has a Bachelor of Economics, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Masters of Business Administration.
