Michelle Tredenick is an experienced company director and corporate advisor with over 30 years experience in leading Australian businesses.

Michelle Tredenick is company director with extensive experience in businesses operating in a broad range of industries, including banking, insurance, wealth management, education services, health insurance, superannuation and technology. She also runs her own corporate advisory business advising boards and CEOs on strategy and technology.

Michelle currently serves on listed and private company boards, including ASX listed BOQ and IAG as well as a Board member of the St James Ethics Centre and Cricket Australia. She is also a member of the Senate of the University of Queensland.

Prior to becoming a professional company director, Michelle had many years of experience as a group executive in major Australian companies, including NAB, MLC and Suncorp. She has held roles as CIO (Chief Information Officer) for Suncorp, MLC and NAB, as well as Head of Strategy for MLC and Head of Strategy and Marketing for Suncorp. She was also CEO of MLC�s Corporate Superannuation business and Head of their New Zealand Insurance and Wealth Management businesses.

Michelle has trained as an ethics counsellor for the St James Ethics Centre, where she volunteers her time. She was awarded Banking and Finance CIO of the Year in 1998 and again in 2006 and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
