Michaela is a consultant, director and mentor.

Michaela has been the Group Company Secretary and Group Executive, People, Communications & Governance at NAB.

She was responsible for leading the NAB Group's legal teams, supporting the NAB's board and shareholders and ensuring good governance practices and integrity across the organisation. She is actively involved in NAB's corporate responsibility and leadership programs.

Michaela is a fellow of Chartered Secretaries Australia and was a member of the Big Issue Advisory Board the ShareGift Board.

Prior to joining the NAB, Michaela worked at Orica in corporate and commercial roles and spent her early professional years as a corporate lawyer and working as legal counsel and company secretary in mining companies.
