Louise is a Non Executive Director and advisor in technology, governance and media and has worked in the UK, US and Australia. Current board roles include the ABC, listed edtech Cluey and President of the AICD's NSW Council.
She helps boards and businesses leverage technology to connect with customers, manage growth and change.
Previous health roles include the board of government digital health provider Healthdirect and CEO of the RACP. She is an Industry Professor digital and data at UTS Business School.
Louise has worked in technology and digital products for more than 20 years, including two of the UK's first video streaming services and McDonald's first UK website. Louise has worked as a journalist and producer in the US, UK and Australia for CNN Business News, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times and The Guardian.
Louise was one of three members of the Convergence Review Committee, which reviewed media and internet regulation for the Australian Federal Government
She has led more than 30 digital products for companies including Thomson Travel/ TUI, British Gas, npower, BBC, McDonald's, hp, Visit Britain in the UK ; Time Warner, The New York Times, United Nations, CNN and Los Angeles Times in the US; ABC, News Corp, Fairfax Media, UNSW in Australia.
