Kimberlee Wells is the CEO of TBWA\Melbourne – one of the country's pre-eminent advertising and creative solution agencies.

Over the last two decades, she has influenced communication outcomes for many of Australia's largest brands including ANZ, Medibank, Origin, Qantas, Optus, Australia Post and the Federal Government. She is ruthless at distilling complex problems and is fiercely passionate about elevating the role creativity plays in solving left brain business challenges.

Kimberlee takes her work in the not-for-profit sector personally. Her work in this space has seen her spend time with inmates at Port Phillip Prison, speak with Aboriginal elders in outlying communities and campaign for funds across a diverse range of issues.

Kimberlee is also a Non-Executive Director of Pental Group and Board Member of The Kit Group.
