Kerrie has 30 years experience in executive roles in the public and private sectors, and in various industries (law, banking, insurance, financial planning, transport and manufacturing).

Currently, she is Chair of Rockend Technology, and also provides mentoring and executive coaching, strategy development and implementation services.

Her areas of expertise cover public policy development and implementation, strategy development and implementation, organisational restructure, corporate issues management, advocacy and negotiation. She also has extensive experience in project and operations management with P&L responsibility managing revenues ranging up to $1.9B.

Over the past ten years, in chief executive positions Kerrie has focused on member services and industry associations representing many of Australia�s financial institutions. Through political advocacy and lobbying at the international, federal, state and local government levels she has successfully represented industry and dealt with diverse issues including climate change, natural disaster and recovery planning, financial literacy, and risk management. At the international and national levels she has strongly influenced the professional standards and codes of conduct of members, and also led members� professional training and development.

First practising as a commercial lawyer, Kerrie moved into various executive roles in ANZ Banking Group as General Counsel and General Manager Trust Services, at ANZ Trustees, and Senior Manager, Strategic Planning ANZ Retail Bank. Other executive roles included Director Corporate Secretariat, NSW Roads & Traffic Authority; National Director, Trustee Corporations Association; Executive, National Corporate Actions, ASX Perpetual Registrars; CEO, Financial Planning Association (2003 � 2006); CEO, Insurance Council of Australia (2006 � 2010); and Director General, Association of British Insurers (2010).

Prior directorships include: HSBC Bank Australia (2008 � 2010); Financial Literacy Advisory Board (2005 � 2010); Finance Industry Council of Australia (2006 � 2010); Financial Ombudsman Service (2009 � 2010); Insurance Ombudsman Service (2006 � 2009).
