Currently, she is a director of Rabobank Australia Limited, Chair of the General Sir John Monash Foundation (Australia's national postgraduate educational scholarship organisation), Chair of the Australia Israel Chamber of Commerce (NSW), Chair of the Independent Parliamentary Expenses Authority (IPEA) a director of the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, the Grattan Institute of Public Policy and a Trustee of the Sydney Opera House Trust. She is a member of the Council of the Order of Australia.
Previously, she has held a range of corporate and government advisory board positions including the Federal Government Remuneration Tribunal, Major Performing Arts Board of Australia Council, Chair of the Administrative Review Council and Member of the Australian War Memorial Council along with Directorships at NAB and ASX Ltd. Prior to this, Jillian was a partner at Allens Linklaters.
She is also a member of Chief Executive Women, Chair of the Australian Chapter of Women Corporate Directors and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Jillian has a BA LL.B from UNSW and an LL.M from Harvard Law School.
