Jill Monaghan is Executive Director - Financial Risk Management at NSW Treasury. Prior to this, she had roles at Barclays Capital including as Managing Director, Head of Macro Distribution in Australia and New Zealand and Director of the Risk Solutions Group.

Prior to Barclays, Jill worked in the U.S. at Johnson & Johnson and then Prudential Financial, where she most recently worked in the private capital group focusing on portfolio and risk management.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Music Degree from Rutgers University (USA) and a MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (Australia)
