Jennifer Dalitz is a Non Executive Director currently serving as Deputy Chair of Qudos Bank, independent Board Director of iPartners, Trustee of the Australian Museum, and independent Audit & Risk Committee Member of Australian Physiotherapy Association.
Her governance experience spans banking and financial services, health, member services and cultural institutions, professional services, sports, education, and mental wellbeing. With deep strategic and operational expertise in financial services and management consulting, Jen has been a member of risk, audit, finance, people, governance, and transformation committees.
An internationally recognised champion of inclusion and diversity, Jen served for four years as the CEO of Women in Banking and Finance, focused on increasing gender diversity in the sector, and prior to that advised major corporations on their inclusion and diversity initiatives for over a decade.
Outside of her corporate experience, Jen operates a boutique advisory and executive coaching practise and a 500ha mixed farming enterprise. With this experience, she brings an ownership mindset to the organisations she works with.
Media and PR savvy, Jen has been the spokesperson for various public campaigns and has a track record in advocating for gender equality and the vulnerable and disempowered.
Jen is a Graduate of The Company Director's Course, holds an MBA from the AGSM, is a Fellow of CPA Australia and is an accredited coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
Jen is a keen equestrian and divides her time between Sydney and her farm in the NSW Southern Highlands. When not at her desk, she’s usually outdoors riding a horse, walking a dog, or with her son at weekend sports.
