Jayne Hrdlicka is the Group Executive Strategy and Information Technology at Qantas Airways Limited. Qantas is composed of several businesses which include Qantas Airlines, Jetstar and Qantas Frequent Flyer Program.

In addition to her role at Qantas, Jayne also is a Non-Executive Board Director of Tennis Australia, a member of the Sydney Medical School�s Advisory Board and a member of Chief Executive Women.

Formerly, Jayne was a Non-Executive Board Director of Woolworths.

Jayne is a former senior partner with Bain & Company and leader in the firm�s Customer Strategy and Marketing Practice. Most recently she led Bain�s Customer Practice for the Asia region. She was also an inaugural member of Bain�s Global Women�s Leadership Council. She is the author of several articles on the challenges women face in business, including: �Level the playing field: A call for action on gender parity in Australia.� Earlier in her career, Jayne also spent 6 years as an executive and subsequently a CEO of two publishing and marketing related businesses. Both of these businesses required the design and execution of complex transformations.
