Jane is a professional non executive director currently sitting on the Boards of The Colonial Foundation, Bupa ANZ, IOOF Holdings Limited, Orygen (The National Centre of Excellence in Youth Mental Health) and Dulux. She has a BCom and MBA from Melbourne University and is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

She has previously served on a number of Boards including as Deputy Chair of both the Alfred Hospital and Rural Finance Corporation. Other boards included Victorian Managed Insurance Authority, DUET Finance, Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman, David Jones, Legal Services Board and the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
