I'm a non-executive director and strategic advisor with 30 years combined experience as a lawyer, banker, University Deputy Chancellor and as a Minister of six portfolios including as NSW’s first female Attorney General.

I have a strong commercial background in banking and law and broad governance experience across the public, government and NFP sectors. I also bring deep knowledge of organisations with rigorous legal, compliance and regulatory environments, where government is a stakeholder and where community and social responsibility is a strong focus.

I'm currently a director of The Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Netball Australia. I serve as a Strategic Advisor at King Wood Mallesons and Proto Axiom, a medical biotechnology investment incubator, and as an Advisory Board Member of the Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for Quantum Biotechnology.

I'm an AICD Fellow, Fellow of the Royal Society of NSW, have a Law degree from UNSW, an MBA from New York University, NYC and graduated in 2022 from the Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program (AMP203).
