Fabienne (Fab) was until recently Head of Developed Markets Asia-Pacific and Australia/New Zealand Country Head for Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services. Fab has held numerous roles in her 20+ year career with S&P Ratings, including most recently as Chief Credit Officer Asia-Pacific (2012-2014), Structured Finance Regional Practice Leader Asia-Pacific (2005-2012), and a member of S&P Ratings’ Global Change Leadership Team (2009-2012).

Fab also chairs the Market Building Working Group of the Australian Advisory Board to the G8 Social Impact Investment Taskforce, is the Chair of KAGE Physical Theatre Inc. – a contemporary dance company based in Melbourne, and is a board member of the Song Room – a national not-for-profit delivering arts education into disadvantaged schools across Australia.

Between 2013 and 2014, Fab was a National Committee member for Women in Banking and Finance (WiBF) and the inaugural chair of WiBF’s Victorian Sub-Committee, establishing WiBF’s presence in Victoria. Between 2000 and 2010, she as a National Committee member on the Australian Securitisation Forum, and subsequently awarded a fellow in 2013.

Fab holds a Bachelor’s degree (with Distinction) in Economics and Finance from RMIT and a diploma in Treasury Management from the Australian Society of Corporate Treasurers (later the Finance and Treasury Association). She is also a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
