Jennifer has now moved back into organisational work where she is the founder-director of Psynapse, a consultancy and commercial application for assessing implicit thinking, including unconscious bias, stereotypes, and adaptive potential. Through Psynapse, Jennifer has successfully leveraged partnerships with a number of prestigious consultancies, through which she has delivered commercial and research solutions that capitalise on the insights provided by implicit thinking assessments.
