Dr Alice Hill is a Harvard-educated former World Bank economist. She is a board director in the community sector, focussing on education, social welfare, and collective impact. Currently, her primary research interest is early childhood care and education, especially for at risk children, and the links to human capital growth and productivity.

Alice also has expertise in competition policy, regulation, governance, strategy, and other microeconomic components of economic growth.
