Deborah, a Chartered Accountant, has held senior executive positions with the Commonwealth Bank, Allen Allen & Hemsley, IBM and the Lend Lease Group and is a former KPMG partner.
She brings expertise developed from finance and operational executive roles and from her professional background in external audit and corporate advisory. Since 2001 she has worked exclusively as a Non-Executive Director across a range of industries, including energy, insurance, financial services and property.
Deborah is currently a Non Executive Director of ASX Listed Service Stream Limited, Brickworks Limited, GBST Holdings and Pendal Group Ltd.
Deborah was Chairman of Investa Listed Funds Management Limited, the responsible entity of ASX Listed Investa Office Fund; Non Executive Director of BT Investment Management and Non Executive Director of Australian Renewable Fuels Limited. She was also a Non-Executive Director of CBA subsidiaries The Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Society Limited and Commonwealth Insurance Limited.
Deborah received an Order of Australia in 2006 for services to public health, business and the accounting profession in recognition of her work as Chairman of The Cancer Council of NSW and her service to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in various roles, including as the second female NSW State Chairman.
