Adrienne commenced her working career as a litigation lawyer and holds a Bachelor of Arts/Law degree from the University of Sydney.

As JLL’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Australia, Adrienne assists the CEO in the management of national operations. As a member of the Australian Executive Committee (AEC), Adrienne works with JLL’s national leadership team to enable them to effectively set and implement strategies across Australia.

Adrienne leads the Business Network division across Australia, which includes the delivery of Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Administration, Legal and Compliance and Finance functions to the firm. She also actively supports initiatives to enhance engagement of more than 2300 staff across Australia and represents the AEC on the Diversity Leadership Team. She also is an Implementation Leader in the Property Council of Australia’s Property Male Champions of Change program.

Adrienne commenced with JLL in Sydney in 1997 as General Counsel to the then COO. In 2001 Adrienne took on the role as Head of Operations for Capital Markets Asia Pacific, with responsibilities across five business lines and eight countries. In 2004, Adrienne was appointed Head of Corporate Residential Services, Asia Pacific. In 2005 she relocated to Chicago where she was Assistant Director of Global Risk Management and Global Litigation Practice Director.
Adrienne left the firm in 2007 to return to Australia. She re-joined JLL in 2010 in her current position.
